How do I select a size?

Because babies come in all shapes and sizes, our chart below is a helpful guide in determining what size to order.

Toddler sizes can run slightly larger than the baby sizes listed above.

Wrap a tape measure around your child’s head just above the eyebrows and read the measurement in inches. You may wish to add a half inch to the measurement to allow for growth and a more comfortable fit. Please compare your measurement with the size chart above.

If you are unable to measure the child’s head before ordering or are if your child’s head size falls between categories, we recommend that you order a larger size. Baby will be more comfortable and get the most use out of the hat.

What are your shipping terms?

Here our our standard shipping terms, but always feel free to contact us to arrange faster shipping if you need to do so. We understand you might need your hat(s) for a special occasion, so we promise to do everything we can to get it to you when you need it! :)

Orders shipping within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class for a flat rate of $4.50, or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) for $7.50.

Orders shipping to Canada are shipped USPS First Class for a flat-rate of $5.50, and typically take between 1-3 weeks to arrive. Faster shipping can be arranged by contacting us.

Orders shipping outside the United States are shipped USPS First Class ($9.95) and typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Faster shipping can be arranged by contacting us.

Important Note: Orders will be shipped from our location in the timeframe noted on the individual item. Some items ship same day while others might take a day or two, even up to two weeks in some cases. In order for the item to ship same business day, we must receive the order by 3:30pm CT Monday – Friday. If your order is received after 3:30pm CT, the product will ship next business day (business days are Monday – Friday and excludes USA postal holidays). Orders involving multiple products may be shipped to you separately and may arrive on different days.

Can you rush my order?

Yes! We are able to do rush shipping and next day delivery on certain Melondipity.com products. Please contact us and let us know which product you would like rushed and we will let you know options on getting it when you need it!

When will I receive my product?

Your hat(s) and/or headband(s) will be shipped from our location in the timeframe noted on the individual item. Some items ship same day while others might take a day or two, even up to two weeks in some cases. If your order is received after 3:30pm CST, the product will ship on the following business day (business days are Monday – Friday and excludes USA postal holidays). What is your exchange policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, but if something is not right, please let us know. We offer an "exchange only" policy with no refunds. Returned merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Any merchandise returned that is received in our warehouse after 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise will not be eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit. Customers have the option of returning merchandise for Exchange or Store Credit per the guidelines here.

Please note: Since Melondipity.com gift cards are sent via email, you must provide a valid email address at checkout. The gift card will be sent to the email address you provide, and then you will have the option of forwarding or printing it for to the lucky person!

Can you do custom orders

Yes! Contact us and describe what you would like, and we will email you a price on the same business day. Custom orders typically take between 4-6 days to complete.
