Return/Exchange

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, but if something is not right, please let us know. We offer an "exchange only" policy with no refunds. Returned merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Any merchandise returned that is received in our warehouse after 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise will not be eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit. Customers have the option of returning merchandise for Exchange or Store Credit per the guidelines below.  PLEASE NOTE PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Exchanges and Store Credits
You can return unworn, unwashed, unused and unsoiled merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise for Exchange or Store Credit. If you return a product to us, you are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and handling fees for the merchandise you are returning (standard US cost $4.50). We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. Please ensure the merchandise sent back to us is sent via an insured, traceable method. We are not responsible for any returned packages not received or packages that are damaged while in transit.  Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unsoiled, in its original condition and have all tags and packaging attached. Items that do not meet these standards will not be exchanged and will not be shipped back to the customer.

For Exchanges, the merchandise may only be exchanged for other merchandise of equal or lesser value. The customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and handling fees to have exchanged merchandise sent to them.  For Store Credit, customers will be offered 80% of the cost of the merchandise returned (20% will be charged as a restocking fee), less the original shipping charges.

On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your Exchange or Store Credit to be processed. Store Credits expire after one year from date of return.

Sales and Clearance Merchandise
All Sale and Clearance items are a Final Sale and will not be accepted for Exchange or Store Credit.
