How do I select a size?

Because babies come in all shapes and sizes, our chart below is a helpful guide in determining what size to order. Please note this only a guide and all hats and sizes may vary slightly.

Toddler sizes can run slightly larger than the baby sizes listed above.

Wrap a tape measure around your child’s head just above the eyebrows and read the measurement in inches. You may wish to add a half inch to the measurement to allow for growth and a more comfortable fit. Please compare your measurement with the size chart above.

If you are unable to measure the child’s head before ordering or are if your child’s head size falls between categories, we recommend that you order a larger size. Baby will be more comfortable and get the most use out of the hat.

What are your shipping terms?

Shipping Within the U.S.

  • Standard Shipping within the United States is $3.99


  • We do offer FREE shipping on orders that are over $35 within the United States 

 

  • First Class Mail takes approximately 3-6 business days to arrive following shipment. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships. We always ship same or next BUSINESS day if your order is placed by 2PM the previous day. For overnight or priority shipping orders MUST be placed by 2pm to go out that day

 

  • We offer Flat Rate Priority Shipping for $7.50 within the United States. Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days once it leaves our warehouse

 

  • We offer USPS Overnight/ 2 day shipping for $29. PLEASE NOTE: USPS only offers overnight shipping to certain zip codes. If they do not offer overnight shipping to your zip code your package will be delivered in 2 business days. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday or after 2pm on Friday your order will be shipped the following business day. If you would like to check if your zip code is eligible for overnight shipping with the please call                            USPS: 1-800-275-8777. The zip code we ship from is 32819

 

  • We offer USPS International Shipping for $18.95. Your international order will typically arrive 2-4 weeks from the day it ships depending on the destination country. For example: Shipments to the UK are generally delivered faster than packages going to Australia. In some countries you may need to allow an additional 4-5 days for your local customs.


     

     

    • We offer Express DHL International Shipping and rates are calculated at check out base on country. Transit times: For example  once the package leaves our warehouse there is a 2 day Transit time for the UK and 3 day for the rest of the world.

      • We offer UPS shipping: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day and Overnight Express Shipping 

       

        Melondipity is NOT responsible for 

         

        • Delays with USPS or UPS Shipping

         

        • International Duties or Customs charges

         

        • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

         

        • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package

         

        • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed


        • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address

            Important Note: Please allow time for the processing of your order. On occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Orders involving multiple products may be shipped to you separately and may arrive on different days.

            What is your exchange policy?

            We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, but if something is not right, please let us know. We offer an "exchange only" policy with no refunds. Returned merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Any merchandise returned that is received in our warehouse after 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise will not be eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit. Customers have the option of returning merchandise for Exchange or Store Credit per the guidelines here.

            Please note: Since Melondipity.com gift cards are sent via email, you must provide a valid email address at checkout. The gift card will be sent to the email address you provide, and then you will have the option of forwarding or printing it for to the lucky person!
